JASARA PMC is looking for a Senior Quality Manager – (RC) to join our dynamic team dedicated to the successful execution of Social Infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will focus on implementing quality management practices to ensure that our project outputs meet the highest standards of excellence.
In this role, you will oversee specific quality control processes and assist in the development of project specifications and quality assurance protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Quality Control team, ensuring effective execution of quality inspections and tests
Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management systems tailored for project requirements
Perform regular audits of operational processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement
Review quality documentation and prepare reports for both internal and external stakeholders
Provide expert guidance and training to project teams on quality assurance best practices
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
A minimum of 15 years of experience in quality management; experience in the construction sector is essential
Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and regulatory requirements
Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
Willingness to travel to project sites across Saudi Arabia as needed
