Job Description: The Laboratory Assistant is a production position assisting all production & laboratory departments as needed to facilitate and expedite production workflows. The role is detail-oriented, time-sensitive, and production-driven. Our ideal candidate pays exceptional attention to the details, ensures clerical accuracy and has a sense of urgency.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Post-process, sort and organize 3D printed parts.
Sort and combine zirconia crowns with corresponding modelwork
Sort and organize implant parts from manufacturer with lab cases in production.
Sort, organize, and package cases to be outsourced.
QC, package, and sort for shipping all completed In-House cases.
Post Milling Zirconia Work: Cut crowns and remove sprues from Zirconia pucks as needed.
Organize crowns for sintering.
Any other duties assigned by Laboratory Manager
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Maintain professional demeanor at all times.
Ability to sit and/or stand for up to 8 hours.
Ability to safely lift at least 40lbs.
Knowledge of dental prosthetics a plus.
Dental Laboratory experience preferred.

Compensation Range: $19 – $22 per hour, depending on experience. This is an in-person position located at our lab in Houston, TX.
