As a Quality Analyst, you will oversee quality assurance processes by inspecting, testing, and evaluating products and equipment. Ensure compliance with industry and customer standards, track production, and eliminate defects. REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years Customer service experience preferred in hospitality or entertainment industry.
3-5 years Call Center experience required.
Ability to work a flexible, changing schedule with regards to days and hours
Customer Service Quality Assurance experience is a plus
Strong people skills and good at conflict resolution – is a team player
Ability to communicate effectively, verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Excellent attention to detail with a professional demeanor
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
