What You’ll Do:
Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Develop and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing activities across our engineering projects.
Design and execute manual and automated test cases to validate AI and telehealth solutions.
Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution, ensuring timely fixes.
Collaborate with developers and the Head of Engineering to ensure seamless integration of QA processes into the development lifecycle.
Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and techniques to support scalable, high-quality solutions.
Who You Are:
You are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that make a meaningful difference.
You have experience in developing and executing manual and automated test cases.
You’re skilled in reviewing technical design documents and creating test plans and cases.
You’re familiar with QA tools, methodologies, and frameworks.
You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoy building solutions from scratch.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are detail-oriented.
Experience in healthcare data or applications is a plus but not mandatory.
