Key Responsibilities
We call it our quality gates that the vehicles come through and we have hourly UAW employees that have standard work that they go through, and they check certain areas, potential defects on vehicles and put them into a database or a system that tracks them that that you. The candidate’s job is to escalate the defects to the production teams that build the vehicles and then provide feedback and manage from that standpoint. Will oversee 20-30 UAW members
Requirements
Candidate will need basic computer knowledge. The role can be physical, and lot of walking!
High school diploma
2 years of automotive manufacturing experience with
Good communication skills and eager
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $44.00 per hour
