As a Supervisor, you will coordinate and oversee QA staff, including training and development, monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements (cGMP, GLP, GTP, CFR, PTC, and ICH), and driving quality improvements through communication/training, waste reduction, and mistake-proofing.
Responsibilities
Keeps team current with changes to Good eXchange Practices (GXP), including FDA, EU, and other regulatory bodies as well as guidance documents (e.g., ICH, ISPE).
Audits raw data according to Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) guidelines.
Maintains quality systems and procedures (SOPs) for adherence to regulatory compliance requirements, focusing on driving continuous quality improvements.
Performs trend analysis, reports results, and coordinates corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) to drive compliance and quality initiatives.
Leads or participates on cross-functional teams and projects representing quality in a positive and compliant manner.
Reviews, approves, and performs investigations, as needed, providing guidance for CAPA related to non-compliance situations using creative problem-solving skills.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
5+ years relevant technical experience, with at least 2 years in a Lead/Leadership/Supervisory Role.
Bachelor’s degree in a Science-related field preferred; or combination of relevant Experience & Education.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Proficient in Oral and Written Communication skills.
Able to read, write, and understand English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
