该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、 Conducting process and production audits within the supply chain for (cordless) power tools & Electronic Outdoor products在供应链中对（无线）电动工具及电子户外产品进行流程和生产审核 2、 Independent execution of product release, in-process, and pre-shipment inspections独立开展产品放行、过程检验及出货前检验 3、 Documentation and reporting of inspection and audit results in English完成检验和审核结果的英文记录与报告 4、 Root cause analysis for quality deviations (e.g., 5-Why, Ishikawa), initiation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions针对质量偏差进行根本原因分析（如5-Why、鱼骨图），并推动纠正与预防措施的实施和跟进 5、 Continuous improvement, including maintenance and optimization of quality documents持续改进，包括质量文件的维护与优化 6、 Support for product and development testing within the product development process协助进行产品开发过程中的产品和开发测试 7、 Perform other tasks assigned by superior and company 完成上级领导及公司分派的其他工作 工作要求： Professional Qualifications 专业资格 1、 Technical degree (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering), or over 5 years of relevant professional experience in quality inspection of power tools技术类学历背景（机械工程、机电一体化、电气工程等）或在电动工具质量检验方面有5年以上的相关工作经验 2、 Proficient use of testing and measuring equipment 熟练使用测试与测量设备 3、 Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations: ISO 9001 (ideally IATF 16949), conformity approvals/Low Voltage/EMC, RoHS/REACH/battery regulation了解相关标准与法规：ISO 9001（IATF 16949更佳）、合规认证/低压/电磁兼容、RoHS/REACH/电池法规 4、 Good software skills: MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage熟练使用办公软件：MS Office；有SAP经验者优先 5、 Good English skills, both written and spoken良好的英文书面及口头表达能力 Personal Competencies 个人能力 1、 Strong quality and safety awareness 具备较强的质量与安全意识 2、 Highly accurate and structured working style 工作严谨、有条理 3、 Analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills 具备分析思维和优秀的问题解决能力 4、 High sense of responsibility 责任心强 5、 Strong communication and assertiveness 沟通能力和执行力强 6、 Team player, especially in international, cross-functional collaboration (production, development, purchasing, quality) 具备团队合作精神，尤其是在国际化、跨职能协作（生产、研发、采购、质量）中 7、 Pragmatic, proactive attitude as well as flexibility and adaptability in a production and research environment实事求是、积极主动，能在生产及研发环境中灵活应变 8、 Must be open to international travel as part of job responsibilities能接受因工作需要的国际出差 Additional Qualifications 其他资质 1、 Certificates/trainings: MSA, VDA 6.3 audit basics, Six Sigma (Green Belt) preferred证书/培训：MSA、VDA 6.3审核基础、六西格玛（绿带）优先 2、 Experience in process capability analyses, SPC and ideally APQP/PPAP具备过程能力分析、SPC及APQP/PPAP经验者优先 3、 Knowledge in materials science (plastics, aluminum die casting, steel components), surface treatments (coating, anodizing), assembly processes了解材料科学（塑料、铝压铸、钢制零件）、表面处理（涂层、阳极氧化）、装配工艺
