Role Description
We are looking for a Senior System Tester for a contract-based role. The Senior System Tester will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing system tests to ensure software quality and performance. The position is a hybrid role based in Canberra, offering a combination of on-site and remote work opportunities. Key tasks include test case creation, execution, system testing, analyzing test results, and identifying potential risks or improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong System Testing and Test Execution skills to validate the functionality and performance of systems
- Experience developing and maintaining detailed Test Cases aligned with testing requirements
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Excellent Analytical Skills to identify, document, and resolve issues efficiently
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies
- Relevant certifications in testing or quality assurance are a plus
- A background in ICT and experience in hybrid work environments are advantageous
