We are seeking a Senior Technician, Quality to join our team in Oakville, ON.
LOCATION: 3280 South Service Road, Oakville, Ontario, CA L6L 0B1, On-site Position

Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of inspection results, non-conformance reports, and quality-related documentation in compliance with internal requirements.
Identify and document any non-conformances, collaborating with engineering and production teams to facilitate corrective actions.
Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures to improve product quality.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing and the PMO teams, to resolve quality issues and ensure adherence to quality standards, and to meet deadlines.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives by analyzing data, identifying trends, and recommending process enhancements.
Train and support quality technicians and co-ops
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience; post-secondary education in quality or related discipline considered an asset
Minimum of 5 years related work experience in a custom machining environment
Proficient in using inspection equipment including CMM Zeiss Calypso Software
Knowledge of optical 3D scan metrology software such as Zeiss ATOS is an asset
Proficient is using GD&T concepts in manufacturing
Knowledge of ISO
9001:2015/AS9100D
Proficiency in using inspection tools and measurement equipment.
Basic knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) techniques.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
