Currently, we are seeking experienced “Senior Test Analyst” for the Sydney location.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute functional test cases for geo-spatial features such as mapping, location-based services, routing, geocoding, and spatial analysis.
Ensure applications meet business requirements and deliver a seamless user experience.
Identify, document, and track defects and collaborate with development teams to resolve geo-spatial-related issues in a timely manner.
Evaluate the performance of applications to ensure optimal functionality under varying conditions, including handling large datasets and complex spatial queries.
Document test cases, test plans, and test results while providing detailed reports on testing activities and overall product quality.
Focus on improving testing processes and tools, with emphasis on functionality, data accuracy, and performance.
Proven experience in functional testing, including the creation of test cases, test execution, and defect management.
Strong knowledge of geo-spatial technologies, including GIS systems, spatial databases, and mapping software.
Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages is desirable.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies is a plus.
