Your new role
Ensuring the stability, availability, and reliability of production platforms and applications through structured user testing.
Experience using Playwright and Selenium would be an advantage.

Hands-on and run scripts
Liaising with business users, business analysts, and developers to ensure testing aligns with requirements.
Writing test plans, developing test cases, executing test plans, and documenting findings in comprehensive test reports.
Leading quality assurance processes across multiple platforms through the creation and execution of test strategies.
Monitoring the performance of contractors delivering testing services to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality expectations.
Coaching and mentoring Test Analysts, providing professional training to maintain high technical standards.
Ensuring defect escalation and resolution in alignment with client’s procedures.
Executing safety responsibilities in accordance with safety management system requirements.
What you’ll need to succeed
Extensive experience in user testing and quality assurance.
Strong analytical skills for data acquisition, analysis, and documentation.
Expertise in developing test strategies, plans, and procedures.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
A track record of mentoring and developing test teams.
A deep understanding of automated testing methodologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including outside regular business hours.
