About the Role:
We’re looking for two skilled Test Analysts to join a major transformation program focused on replacing and enhancing legacy systems. You’ll help shape and execute testing strategies to ensure high-quality outcomes across complex IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement structured test plans, processes, and frameworks
Promote best practices in test governance, automation, and continuous improvement
Collaborate closely with delivery leads and project teams to manage testing risks and issues
Identify and drive test automation to improve efficiency and coverage
Track and report test progress, quality metrics, and readiness indicators
Support Agile team activities including sprint planning and backlog grooming
Share knowledge and contribute to capability uplift within the team
Maintain clear, accurate documentation in line with operational requirements
Technical Environment:
Python scripting and development
Linux-based systems
Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Ansible or similar tools)
Test automation frameworks and methodologies
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Agile delivery frameworks
Networking protocols (IP-based)
Cloud platforms including IaaS and PaaS
You Will Need:
Strong experience in similar test analyst roles within technical project environments
Demonstrated ability to deliver quality outcomes within set timelines
A collaborative approach and adaptability in dynamic teams
Must attain NV1 security clearance before starting
Availability to work onsite in Canberra
