As a Senior Test Analyst, you will be responsible for executing tasks during the testing phases of operational and development activities, including managing software deployments, large-scale upgrades of Standard Operating Environments (SOE), and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within agreed timelines.
ROLE
Develop and execute manual and automated test scripts for desktop-installed applications on SOE devices.
Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Verification Testing for desktop-installed applications on SOE devices.
Own defect resolution identified during UAT, coordinating with packagers and relevant teams as necessary.
Contribute to team deliverables, including task allocation, monitoring, training, and supporting UAT for ServiceNow platform upgrades.
YOU
Strong understanding of software testing requirements, methodology, and purpose in an enterprise environment.
Proven ability to implement and coordinate end-to-end testing of SOE-based development and operational deliverables.
Experience in developing, delivering, and executing test plans and test cases using industry-standard tools.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues promptly and proactively prevent future problems.
Ability to onboard, train, and collaborate with team members, with effective organisational and mentoring skills.
ITIL and ISTQB Foundation Certification would be advantageous.
