🚀 Senior Test Analyst – APS6 | Hybrid | $1000 Joining Bonus
We are hiring a Senior Test Analyst (APS6 level) for a leading government project. This is a great opportunity to work on large-scale ICT programs delivering impactful digital services.
📍 Location: ACT / NSW / VIC / QLD / SA (Capital cities only)
🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite after initial 6 weeks full-time onsite)
📅 Start Date: July 2026
⏳ Contract: 12 months + extensions (up to 24 months)
🎁 Joining Bonus: $1000
🔐 Clearance: Baseline security clearance
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex test cases across systems
- Develop test plans, test data, and test strategies
- Perform acceptance testing and defect management
- Lead and mentor a small testing team
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors
- Drive test automation and process improvements
- Ensure systems meet business and functional requirements
✅ Essential Skills (SFIA aligned)
- Strong experience in Acceptance Testing (Level 4)
- Expertise in Testing practices (Level 5)
- Knowledge of Testing tools & methodologies (Level 4)
- Experience in Quality Assurance & compliance (Level 3)
- Understanding of User Experience Evaluation (Level 3)
👥 Ideal Candidate
- Senior Test Analyst / Test Engineer with government or enterprise experience
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management & analytical skills
- Ability to work in complex ICT environments
