Location of work: ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA
Length of contract: 12 Months
Contract extensions: 24 months extension
Security Clearance: Australian Citizen with Baseline security clearance
Overview:
The client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Test Engineer to join our team for a major project. The candidate must be an experienced Senior Test Engineer, with ideally 5+ years’ experience, to join a small, but established, testing team. The candidate will lead system testing exercises, undertake software testing using a range of tools and processes and coordinate user acceptance testing for project and BAU work.
Essential Criteria Responses:
At least 5+ years as a Senior Test Analyst.
Demonstrated experience in performing structured and context-driven (formal/ad-hoc) system, system integration and regression testing in a complex IT environment using test management and defect tracking tool(s) to document test cases, record test case execution results and record & track defects.
Experience in coordinating user acceptance testing.
Good interpersonal skills/teamwork skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral form with a range of people including user acceptance testers and developers.
Worked on a complex project.
Experience in and ability to undertake application and SOE infrastructure testing as required, under limited supervision.
