About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Test Analyst with expertise in ERP and finance systems, ideally with experience in Oracle ERP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end system testing, financial data validation, and process automation within large-scale enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional, integration, and end-to-end testing for ERP and finance systems.
Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and scripts tailored for ERP platforms.
Work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and developers to validate financial transactions, reporting, and compliance requirements.
Ensure seamless data reconciliation and financial integrity in ERP workflows.
Identify defects, raise tickets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
Provide insights into test automation strategies for ERP implementations.
Key Skills & Experience
Strong ERP testing experience (Oracle ERP preferred, but open to SAP, Workday, or other finance systems).
Experience in finance and accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, invoicing, reconciliation).
Hands-on experience in SQL for data validation and reporting.
Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, TestRail).
Test automation experience is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in Agile/Waterfall environments.
