Test Analyst AND Senior Test Engineer
Develop and execute manual and automated test scripts for desktop installed applications on a SOE device.
Coordinate user acceptance testing activities (i.e. UAT and Production Verification Testing) for desktop installed applications on a SOE device within expected timeframes.
Take ownership and coordinate the resolution of defects identified during user acceptance testing with packagers and other relevant teams as needed.
Create and deliver reports required to support testing activities undertaken (e.g. test progress, defect, etc).
Contribute to overall team deliverables and continuous improvement e.g. through monitoring and allocation of tasks, training and documentation.
Coordinate the user acceptance testing & post verification testing activities for the ServiceNow platform upgrades.
