Senior Test Engineer | Large-Scale Digital Transformation Programme
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer to support a major transformation programme within the telecommunications industry.
The programme spans both B2C and B2B business domains and involves modernization of customer journeys, core business processes, integrations, operational platforms and supporting systems. The role requires a hands-on testing professional capable of working across complex system landscapes and collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, review and execute structured test cases
- Support Business Acceptance Testing (BAT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT)
- Validate end-to-end business processes across multiple integrated systems
- Perform API testing and integration validation
- Execute testing activities using Postman and Azure DevOps
- Identify, document and follow up on defects
- Support defect investigation, clarification and retesting
- Assist business testers with test execution, evidence collection and issue resolution
- Collaborate with test leads, solution architects, development teams and external vendors
- Contribute to test reporting, risk identification and quality assurance activities
Required Experience
- ISTQB certification
- 5+ years of hands-on software testing experience
- Strong experience with test case design and execution
- Solid API testing experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Postman
- Experience working with Azure DevOps and preferably Azure Test Plans
- Experience supporting BAT, UAT or similar business-facing test phases
- Strong understanding of system integrations and end-to-end testing
- Experience from telecommunications or similarly complex enterprise environments
- Experience working with fixed, mobile or fibre service domains
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong written and verbal Danish communication skills
