Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Test Lead to drive end-to-end testing for large, complex IT programs. This role involves leading testing strategy, execution, and quality assurance across Digital Experience and Student Systems, ensuring high-quality delivery in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own end-to-end testing delivery across projects
- Develop test strategies, master test plans, and execution plans
- Manage functional, non-functional, SIT, E2E, regression, and UAT testing
- Oversee defect management, triage, and reporting using Jira/Zephyr
- Provide clear reporting on test progress, risks, and quality metrics
- Collaborate with product, development, and business stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and quality practices
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Test Leadership / Test Management
- Hands-on expertise in manual testing across multiple phases (SIT, UAT, E2E)
- Experience with Jira, Zephyr, test dashboards, and traceability matrices
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- ISTQB Certification (Mandatory)
