Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans
Oversee the end-to-end testing process, from planning to execution
Manage and mentor a team of test analysts and QA engineers
Coordinate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to define test requirements
Monitor test progress, track metrics, and report results to senior management
Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices
Identify and implement test automation frameworks to improve efficiency
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps)
Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Postman)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
ISTQB or similar certification is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
