As a Senior Test Manager, you will be responsible for defining overall test strategy, test management, test automation as well as quality assurance. It is expected that you will be sharing your knowledge and experiences with junior colleagues via coaching sessions. Our projects deliver IT solutions to our DHL Global Forwarding & Freight customers from the different parts of the world hence advanced communication skills in English are required.

Your work:
Test Strategy and Planning
Develop and implement test strategies and plans.
Define test objectives, methods, and tools.
Test Execution and Management
Coordinate, conduct and document manual and automated tests.
Identify, document and track defects and issues.
Communicate test results to stakeholders and management.
Test Automation and Management
Develop and maintain existing test automation framework and scripts
Report test results to stakeholders.
Quality Assurance
Review and improve testing processes and methods.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

Advanced spoken and written EN communications skills (level B2 (Upper-Intermediate)/C1 (Advanced))
University degree in any field (preferred is computer science or business administration)
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
Strong negotiating skills & emotional intelligence
Proactive and constructive/positive mindset
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Advanced knowledge of SCRUM methodology
Advanced knowledge of following tools: Java (test automation request), Python (test automation request), Gherkin, Testing methodology, JIRA / Confluence
