CloudMarc is seeking an experienced Senior Test Manager to lead testing across major HCM and Payroll transformation programmes. This is a contract role with a hybrid working model — candidates must be based in Sydney or Brisbane.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in complex enterprise environments, brings structure and assurance to delivery, and has deep knowledge of HR and payroll systems.
About the Role
As the Senior Test Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end testing efforts across large-scale HCM/Payroll platforms — spanning both cloud-based and on-premise systems. You will drive test strategy, manage execution across multiple vendors, and engage senior stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes are delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the test strategy and execution across enterprise HCM/Payroll transformation programmes
- Coordinate delivery across functional and non-functional test streams
- Oversee test planning, defect management, and vendor collaboration
- Provide clear reporting and risk-based assurance to project stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with business and quality objectives
What You Bring
- Proven experience in large-scale HCM/Payroll testing environments (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, Preceda)
- Strong test leadership in multi-vendor, enterprise-scale programmes
- Excellent stakeholder communication and senior engagement capabilities
- Experience with QA tools such as JIRA, ALM, Zephyr
- Ability to work across business and technical teams with clarity and confidence
