Our FS Client is working on a large scale enterprise programme and looking for a senior test candidate with a strong financial services/banking background.
This is a large enterprise scale, business critical digital programme which will transform how this organisation operates on a day to day basis.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in testing, 5+ years in Test Management working on large scale enterprise programs within Financial Services / Banking.
You must have excellent leadership skills to drive the outcomes with
Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills and interpersonal skills
Strong IT SI/Partner skills – challenge them and ensure everything is delivered on time and within budget
Communications – Provides regular updates (including steering committee) on program status ( with ability to present complex ideas in clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical groups.)
Delivery – Accountability – Outcomes
You should have
A strong background in multi-tier testing – front end, middle tier and backend – web and mobile applications
Understanding of Automation testing and good understanding on dev-ops tools and concepts including CI/CD
Experience in developing test strategy, test planning, scheduling, allocation of test engineers to programs, ensuring test environment availability, communication of test status and networking to coordinate test activities
Strong experience leading large testing teams to ensure the deliverables meets the project requirements and the specified quality and timeline parameter.
Background in leading and delivering end to end testing in multiple projects.
