We are looking for a Test Analyst to join our team in Stockholm and play a key role in modernizing retail systems that integrate payment, point of sale, back-office, and edge computing technologies. Apply now and help shape the future of retail technology!
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience.
3+ years of QA testing experience, specifically with retail technology (POS, Payment, Back Office, etc.).
Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and SAFe Agile frameworks.
High attention to detail and solid analytical skills.
Strong understanding of IT testing principles and best practices.
Proficiency in using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
Comfortable working with MS Office Suite (Project, Visio, Word, Excel).
Proven track record of working on global, cross-functional, enterprise-level retail technology projects.
Experience working with third-party onshore and offshore development partners.
Knowledge of SDLC, application integration principles, and methods.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Test Automation and knowledge of programming languages.
Familiarity with payment systems, POS integrations, and back-office solutions.
Responsibilities:
Execute Manual, Systems Integration, End-to-End, Regression, and Smoke Testing on retail technology equipment in a physical lab environment.
Create and maintain test cases and scripts based on communicated requirements.
Document and maintain test results in Jira and other test management tools (Test Rail, Xray, etc.).
Maintain test data to support testing of varying scenarios.
Troubleshoot issues and demonstrate system functionality as part of root cause analysis.
Report concise test results and system functionality to cross-functional teams.
Track defects and assist in troubleshooting errors using log files and other artifacts.
Ensure adherence to testing SLA compliance.
Collaborate with Business and Development teams to drive defect resolution.
