RDT is looking for an experienced Senior UAT Test Lead to join a major digital transformation program within the pharmaceutical industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior testing professional with strong User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a structured approach to validation and quality assurance in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Execute UAT test cases and ensure high-quality test execution
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
- Coordinate re-testing and verify successful defect fixes
- Collaborate with business users, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams throughout the testing lifecycle
- Prepare and maintain validation and testing documentation
- Manage test evidence and documentation using ValKit where applicable
- Drive testing progress and communicate status, risks, and dependencies
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Strong background in software testing and defect management
- Experience with validation documentation within regulated environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using ValKit
- Experience working within the pharmaceutical or other regulated industries (GxP environment is advantageous)
