Job Description
Specialize in testing and validating that Business requirements have been implemented as required prior to project go-live related with KBZPay mobile apps and web platforms.
Establish, own and drive UAT testing activities (End to End) from start to finish for projects.
Lead and manage quality assurance focused UAT test execution events, in alignment with UAT entry/exit criteria, project timeline and resourcing constraints.
Responsible for UAT planning, test case specification, test execution, defect management and test status reporting activities.
Recognize and identify areas where UAT processes and procedures need to be changed or developed.
Training and orienting team members for UAT testing activities.
Participate in and facilitate post-launch Business verification testing activities for projects, as required.
Ensuring effective collaboration between Partners, Business, Technology and respective teams.
Job Requirement
Bachelors Degree from a recognized university preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or closely related field
Experience with software testing and Quality Assurance in Mobile Application/Web Application development.
Previous experience with fintech solutions (Preferred).
Business analysis skills including facilitation, process documentation and user acceptance testing.
Critical Thinking and Analytical Skill.
Strong organizational/time management skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines within defined timeframes.
Good diplomacy and professionalism to work cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders.
