Location : Tangier
The Opportunity
Our client, a leading international automotive manufacturer, is looking for a Quality Coordinator to support the Quality Manager in ensuring product and process quality, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining compliance with customer and automotive quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily management of the Quality Department.
- Coordinate quality activities across production.
- Manage customer complaints and non-conformities using 8D, QRQC, PDCA, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Lead corrective and preventive action plans.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and support internal, customer, and certification audits.
- Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support new product launches and process validation.
- Promote a strong quality culture across the plant.
The Ideal Candidate
- Engineering degree in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, 8D).
- Experience with customer quality, audits, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma is an advantage.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and quality reporting tools.
