The main role of Service Quality Officer is to provide support to Service Quality Head in assessing Key Services provided by the Division to its cardholders at different touchpoints. This includes gathering of pertinent data, process review and providing initial analysis and insights that will assist in the review and improvement of cardholder experience.
The job entails providing solution or process improvement recommendation on service concerns and identification of new Key Service Indicators.
The job requires positive coordination and working with Credit Cards Division teams, and other related CBC Departments.
Job Qualifications:
With at least five (5) years of relevant experience and with good people management and at least five (5) years’ experience in the Credit Cards Business
Basic knowledge of Credit Card Business
Basic knowledge in audit-related functions (Operations, Systems, Financial, Process-related)
