Qualitest is seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven ServiceNow QA Tester to support testing initiatives within a growing ServiceNow environment. This role requires strong manual testing expertise, hands-on ServiceNow experience, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position has strong growth potential into a QA Lead role.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of ServiceNow testing experience
- 5+ years of manual QA testing experience
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and defect lifecycle
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing for ServiceNow applications and enhancements
- Create and execute test cases and test plans
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
- Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and UAT testing
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery
- Support ongoing QA process improvements
Preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Leadership potential or prior mentoring experience
