Job Description
Provide & calibrate agent quality assessment based on weekly sampling and in accordance with SOP
Responsible for preparing agent performance reports on weekly basis
Conduct performance coaching and mentoring for agents
Validate the delivery of information / SOP’s carried out by TL’s and Trainers to agents.
Responsible for the creation of morning briefing material as one of the process of improving agents’ quality
Requirements
Experienced in Quality Assurance/Quality Control is a plus, fresh graduates are welcome
Attention to detail, problem-solving, analysis, insight, and creative
Able to work in a team, good skills in communication
Familiar with Excel (minimum basic Excel)
Familiar or active with Live Stream
Fluent in English is a plus
