We are seeking an experienced *Showroom Supervisor* to manage the daily operations of our automobile showroom, lead the sales team, and ensure a top-tier customer experience. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining showroom standards, and providing leadership to the team while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠*Showroom Operations:* Oversee daily showroom activities, ensuring smooth operations and an attractive, organized environment.

⁠ ⁠*Team Management:* Lead and guide the sales team to meet sales goals, provide coaching, and evaluate performance.

⁠ ⁠*Customer Service:* Ensure all customer inquiries are handled professionally, addressing concerns and enhancing the customer experience.

⁠ ⁠*Sales Coordination:* Implement and monitor sales campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and sales performance.

⁠ ⁠*Performance Monitoring:* Track sales progress and provide feedback, conducting regular evaluations to improve individual and team performance.

⁠ ⁠*Team Meetings:* Organize regular meetings to discuss goals, product updates, and sales strategies.

⁠ ⁠*Recruitment & Training:* Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new sales staff.

⁠ ⁠*Compliance:* Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements during transactions and sales processes.

⁠ ⁠*Inventory Management:* Work with inventory to ensure showroom stock is up to date and displays are organized.

⁠ ⁠*Reporting:* Prepare sales reports and communicate performance metrics to management.

⁠ ⁠*Work Environment:* Foster a positive, customer-focused, and collaborative team atmosphere.

### *Required Qualifications:*

⁠ ⁠*Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

⁠ ⁠*Experience:* Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in retail sales, preferably in the automobile industry.

⁠ ⁠*Skills:* Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

⁠ ⁠*Preferred:* Sales training certifications or experience in automobile sales.

### *Physical Requirements:*

⁠ ⁠Ability to stand long and lift promotional materials (up to 20 lbs).

⁠ ⁠Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as required.
