Nascon is commencing multiple residential and commercial/industrial developments in the Banksia & Arncliffe area and is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Sub Foreman to join the team.

Working closely with the Site Foreman and Construction Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a residential apartment block and industrial project. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional looking to take the next step in their career.

About the Role:

As a Site Supervisor / Sub Foreman, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management and coordination of daily site operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades in line with the construction program.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure key milestones and deadlines are achieved.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality assurance, and site presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirements and company policies.
  • Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and material movements.
  • Identify and resolve site issues proactively to minimise delays.
  • Support the Foreman and Construction Manager in achieving project objectives.

About You:

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience working on Class 2 residential apartment projects.
  • Experience working for a head contractor or principal contractor.
  • Experience across structural works, façade, fit-out, or finishes will be highly regarded.
  • High-rise residential construction experience is desirable but not essential.
  • A strong commitment to quality, safety, and project outcomes.
  • A trade qualification in Carpentry and/or a Construction Management degree.
  • A sound understanding of Workplace Health & Safety legislation and site requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to work autonomously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to site management.
