Role Descr</strong>iption The Social Media Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media activities across multiple platforms. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. The role involves analyzing performance metrics, preparing regular reports, and refining campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align content with business objectives, maintain consistent brand voice, and support marketing initiatives across SOPLUS GLOBAL ENTERPRISE LTD and its subsidiaries.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan campaigns, grow audiences, and improve performance across platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content and interact effectively with online communities.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, organize, and manage social media calendars and ensure content supports business and marketing goals.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making is beneficial.
- Familiarity with multi-platform management (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok) and current social media trends is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment are important.
- A background in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
