StandardAero is looking for an Aviation Record Adminstrator/ Quality Clerk to join our team in Stockton, CA
As a Aviation Records Administrator/ Quality Clerk I, you’ll
Conduct internal department audits;
Perform incoming receiving for all assets and parts received;
Create work order folders; track and request department supplies;
Verify and approve material requisitions;
Review and prepare all assets for sale;
Maintain the spreadsheet for outside processing; quality performance tracking;
Track vendors in possession of government property; maintain approved supplier database;
File work orders; issue OIS paperwork and assets to production;
Maintains and updates files and databases associated with aviation records to ensure that associated documentation is complete and accurate.
Notify DCMA for QAR inspection requirements;
Any additional tasks assigned by management in support of the position or company’s needs.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
Microsoft Office experience
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant QA experience in an Aerospace environment
Salary Range:
$27.51-$41.54 per hour
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, StandardAero considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
