Quality Supervisor (Part-Time/On-Call ) – Snover, MI.
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Job Summary of the Quality Supervisor (Part-Time/On-Call):
Quality Supervisors are responsible for project setup, managing customer deliverables, team member expectations and general supervision. Ongoing training with team to maintain consistent work and communication with customers and employees. Quality Supervisors travel to the manufacturing plants, where the parts are being made to supervise our team(s) of quality inspectors.
Quality Supervisor (Part-Time/On-Call) Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible for ensuring all teams within the assigned location(s) are operating according to the standards and requirements, including safety
Develop work instructions and train inspectors on proper procedures relevant to the project
Manage customer relationships
Inspect parts
Leads the work of other team members
Ensures all team members have proper equipment, tools, and gauges
Communicates with the customer/job site contacts as needed on job requirements
Completes required paperwork as needd for the duration and completion of the project
Follows all employee policies and other duties as assigned
Quality Supervisor (Part-Time/On-Call) Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 1+ years of leadership/management experience
High School Diploma or GED
Microsoft Office experience (must be knowlegeable in Excel)
Must be willing to work on a part-time/on-call basis
Must possess a Valid Driver’s license
Flexibility and adaptability
Positive attitude and self-motivated
Detail oriented
