QA Analyst (1-2 Years of Experience)
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should be detail oriented and possess strong analytical skills with 1-2 years of experience in testing or developing software applications. BS in Computer Science or MIS is required. Specific knowledge of Azure DevOps, TestComplete, automated testing, SQL, will be considered a plus.
Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a full-time Quality Assurance Analyst to assist in testing our engineering and business software. The position requires working with management, developers and consultants from the design phase of projects through development and release of the software to:
understand project requirements, features and business workflows
create detailed test plans and use cases for both manual and automated testing
perform functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing
prepare and manage test data to support repeatable test execution
execute test cases, record results and ensure all failures are appropriately logged, tracked, and progressed through the bug lifecycle
develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like TestComplete or other open-source frameworks for web applications
possess experience with JavaScript and SQL queries
handle API testing
continuously deepen expertise in company applications, database systems, software tools, scripting languages and QA methodologies essential for effective performance.
adhere to industry standards, company guidelines and project specifications
conduct performance testing to evaluate system responsiveness, scalability and reliability
perform security testing to identify vulnerabilities to provide a quality product to our customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
