General Responsibilities
Develop and execute formal test plans, including functional, regression, system integration, performance, data validation, and load testing.
Define and track quality assurance metrics such as defect counts, test results, and test status.
Work closely with development teams to design testing strategies and integrate testing into the development lifecycle.
Develop automated test cases and manage defect-tracking processes.
Analyze test results, document issues, and collaborate with developers for resolution.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) conducted by business stakeholders.
Research and implement automated testing approaches such as model-based testing or record-and-replay techniques.
Identify and implement new testing technologies and best practices to improve efficiency and quality.
Deliver training on quality assurance processes and act as an internal consultant to business and technical teams.
Experience:
3–5 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance or a related field.
Experience in a Dev Ops environment is highly preferred.
Strong experience testing Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) jobs, especially Informatica, is highly desired.
Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and executing test processes for complex systems.
Minimum 3 years of prior management, supervisory, or team leadership experience.
2–3 years of experience with Enterprise Architecture concepts.
Strong knowledge of Informatica IICS Cloud Data Integration tools and Snowflake is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
OR Two (2) years of equivalent professional experience can substitute for education.
