Title: Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: Foxborough (Foxboro), MA
ConnectPay USA is seeking a software quality assurance analyst who will analyze, test and implement software quality assurance systems and procedures to support ConnectPay’s software application releases.
Please note that this team primarily works remotely and meets in Foxboro, MA office for meetings about once per month.
Requirements:
Work with developers on web-reporting platform and provide ongoing assistance and education on QA testing methodologies, systems, processes and standards.
Create and implement comprehensive and well-structured test plans.
Use regression testing to ensure full functionality of Gallup’s reporting site.
Contribute to and follow testing standards and maintain thorough documentation and logs of all test cases and results.
Identify, record, track and document system errors.
Qualifications:
5+ years of software QA experience related to functional or front-end QA testing required.
Problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to diagnosing, communicating, documenting and fixing errors in software programs to ensure a flawless software release.
Demonstrated attention to detail while working on multiple software QA projects at once in a fast-paced agile methodology environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Trusted collaborative partner whom others seek out for their knowledge, expertise and high-quality work.
Strong communication skills can clearly articulate their findings and collaborate with peers and developers to ensure the team is meeting all business and technical requirements.
An understanding of software development best practices, agile testing and risk management principles required.
Knowledge and experience using agile testing software and principles.
An understanding of back-end testing including API testing, database validation and serverless architecture preferred.
Payroll industry experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience working in an Agile environment preferred
Experience in automation preferred
