Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Test Engineer (QA) with experience in testing .NET-based web applications and .NET MAUI mobile apps (Android & iOS). The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of manual and automated testing, along with a good understanding of application workflows, APIs, and performance testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
- Perform manual and automated testing for .NET web applications and MAUI mobile apps
- Test applications across platforms (Web, Android, iOS)
- Identify, report, and track bugs using standard tools
- Perform API testing (REST services) using tools like Postman or similar
- Conduct regression, functional, integration, and performance testing
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements
- Ensure software quality, usability, and reliability before release
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines and support automated test integration
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Software Testing / QA methodologies
- Experience testing .NET / ASP.NET applications
- Hands-on experience in testing .NET MAUI or Xamarin mobile apps (Android & iOS)
- Good understanding of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Playwright or similar)
- Experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger)
- Knowledge of SQL for database validation
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Good to Have
- Experience with automation frameworks in C#
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
- Understanding of mobile testing tools and device/emulator testing
- Basic understanding of security testing
