We’re looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Software QA Tester to join our team developing world-class surgical robotics solutions. In this role, you’ll help ensure our software meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality
Conduct regression, performance, and API testing using Selenium, Postman, etc.
Track and manage defects via JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar tools
Collaborate with developers and product teams for complete test coverage
Validate software updates within CI/CD pipelines
Maintain and update test scripts across the SDLC
Document test results, bugs, and QA metrics
Participate in code reviews and early-stage requirement discussions
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and QA best practices
✅ Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
3+ years of experience in software QA/testing
Strong skills in manual and automated testing methodologies
Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
Hands-on with Selenium, Postman, JUnit
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Solid understanding of SDLC principles
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience testing medical devices or surgical robotics software
Knowledge of IEC 62304 and related medical regulations
Exposure to Python or Bash scripting
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
