Position: Software QA tester (hybrid)
As a Software QA tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Vida24 ecosystem. You will be responsible for testing across our web, mobile, and smartwatch platforms, identifying issues, and verifying fixes to deliver a seamless and trustworthy experience for our users.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product owners and UI/UX engineers to understand requirements and user stories.
Develop comprehensive test cases and test scenarios covering functional requirements, performance, security, and compatibility across web, mobile, and smartwatch applications.
Execute manual test cases across various web browsers, iOS and Android devices, and smartwatches.
Validate UI/UX elements against design specifications.
Verify data synchronization and consistency across the Vida24 ecosystem.
Provide clear, concise steps to reproduce bugs, including logs, screenshots, or video captures where necessary.
Verify bug fixes implemented by the development team.
Communicate test progress, results, and potential risks on Atlassian Jira.
Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies (sprint review, planning and retrospectives).
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
Required Skills:
Proven experience (2+ years) in software quality assurance testing.
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes (SDLC, test case design).
Experience with Atlassian Jira.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum development methodology.
Nice to Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience within the healthcare, wellness, or digital health domain.
Experience with Postman API tool
Basic understanding of performance and security testing concepts.
