Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in a similar function.
Job Duties
Work safely and ensure hazardous conditions are eliminated. Follow company safety procedures.
Ensure the highest quality standards are met with all work done.
Ensure that AS9100 quality system procedures are followed.
Ensure output meets required deadlines while executing the above.
Act as a liaison between Quality and Production departments. Ensure cross-departmental communication is accurate and effective.
Final inspection and packaging of parts before they are delivered to the customer.
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists on designated equipment maintenance procedures and maintain records.
Prepare and requisition supply items when directed by the supervisor.
Accurately maintain the MES system as instructed.
Arrive at work on time and be willing to work overtime when needed.
Assist in the monthly inventory process.
Maintain a neat and clean work area.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Skills Required
Must be able to visually inspect parts with high attention to detail.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Understand general manufacturing processes and how they contribute to overall part quality.
Possess basic math skills including ability to read and use measure equipment such as tape measure, caliper and micrometer to the fraction and decimal.
Ability to operate CMM and FabRevision with supervision
General knowledge to perform routine and preventative maintenance and upkeep of designated equipment and instruments used.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to perform receiving inspector job duties.
Minimum Job Requirements
Physical- capable of lifting 40 lbs. safely or with assistance. Capability of standing and bending over for long periods of time while performing manual labor with or without reasonable accommodations.

Personal Traits- Good communication skills with positive teamwork attitude. Conscientious attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow direction and or work independently, able to multi-task and trouble shoot.

Timely completion of job functions. Responsible for producing quality workmanship that meets or exceeds the requirements. Responsible for final inspection of production parts. Adhere to the AS9100 quality system. Authority to drive company forklifts and operate production equipment when trained. Responsible for routine maintenance as directed.
