Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SonarQube
Excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
QMS Implementation:Â
Support the implementation and maintenance of the Software QMS in alignment with industry standards (ISO 9001, CMMI, TMMI).
Ensure compliance with established quality policies and procedures.
Process Compliance and Audits:
Conduct internal audits and identify areas for improvement
Work with teams to resolve non-conformities and prepare for external audits
Continuous Improvement:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Training and Awareness:
• Develop training materials and deliver sessions on QMS best practices.
Risk Management:
• Identify and mitigate potential risks related to software quality.
Metrics and Reporting:
• Establish quality metrics and prepare reports for management review
