Join our dynamic Test Management and Quality Assurance Department, where you will play a key role in ensuring software quality through structured testing and process optimization. As a Software Test Engineer, you will coordinate and monitor test cycles for IT projects, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to enhance the reliability and efficiency of the bank’s applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement execution plans for Test Scenarios
Review Requirements & Functional Application Design to ensure alignment with testing needs
Maintain and update the Test Scenario database
Support the execution of Test Scenarios across different testing phases
Develop and maintain Test Automation Scripts, analyzing system requirements for their creation
Monitor the deployment of programs and data in test environments
Track and report Defects/SIR/Issues, ensuring timely resolution with development teams
Work closely with Software Quality Management to track testing progress, KPIs, and documentation
Collaborate with the Test Center Coordinator for the maintenance of UAT computers
Maintain and analyze Testing Factory KPIs to enhance testing efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related Financial Sector field
Strong knowledge of Test Management Tools (e.g., Mercury, ALMComplete, JIRA)
Basic understanding of Test Process Specification Design
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Solid foundation in Information Systems Design, Networking, Databases, and Security
Familiarity with Test Automation Systems
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
3+ years of experience in application development or software testing
Experience in business functionality of applications
