Job Description:
Must have testing skills:
• Analyze functional and non-functional requirements for telecommunication systems.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, including test cases, scenarios, and acceptance criteria tailored to the Telco domain.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications functionality.
• Familiarity with prepaid and postpaid plans and change of plan flows.
• Knowledge of billing systems (CRM, CBS) and customer management platforms.
• Possess strong presentation and test documentation skills.
• Responsible for communicating directly with stakeholders for creating Test cases, Test plan, Test data preparation.
• Understanding of different telecommunication services (voice calls, SMS, data plans, etc.)
• Perform manual and automated testing on various telecommunication features Plan change (COP, COSP), line suspend, active, termination.
• Conduct SIT, UAT with end-users to validate system functionality and usability.
• Log and track defects identified during testing, clearly documenting the issue, steps to reproduce, and expected behavior.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects.
• Generate detailed test reports summarizing test results, identified issues, and overall system health.
Good to have:
• Experience in Telecommunications Domain (more than 3 years) will be an added advantage.
• Automation knowledge
