Job Summary:
An industry-leading healthcare technology organization is seeking a Software Complaint Investigation Engineer to investigate customer-reported software issues for mobile and web applications. This role focuses on troubleshooting, root cause analysis, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Recent graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate customer-reported software issues for mobile and web applications.
• Reproduce reported issues through testing, troubleshooting, and detailed documentation.
• Analyze complaint trends, identify recurring issues, and escalate potential product risks.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams to support issue resolution.
• Assist in developing investigation methods, testing strategies, and complaint readiness activities for product releases.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
• Maintain accurate investigation records and communicate findings effectively.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• One to two years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related field, including internship experience.
• Hands-on experience testing native Android, iOS, and web applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience writing and executing software test cases.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience supporting customer complaint investigations.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality systems, or regulated software development processes.
