As a Software Test Engineer, you will work in a dynamic technology-driven environment as part of a fast-growing international team. What will your challenges be at Iskraemeco?
- Collaborating within an international development team and working according to Agile principles (SCRUM).
- Analysing and understanding functional requirements for solutions related to electricity, water, gas consumption management, IoT, e-mobility, and other smart utility services.
- Participating in the design of system solutions and the implementation of functional prototypes, with a focus on high performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Developing testing approaches, including test procedures and test automation, and executing various types of testing such as functional, performance, load, and other development-related tests.
- Developing and maintaining test environments and test setups within the development team.
- Continuously improving solutions and expanding technical knowledge and expertise.
We are looking for someone who has:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or natural sciences field (EQF Level 6 or equivalent).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Tester or Software Developer.
- Knowledge of the .NET environment and Microsoft operating systems.
- Experience with testing and validating IT solutions.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Strong teamwork skills, curiosity, and a willingness to share knowledge with colleagues.
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
