Responsibilities Await:
Take charge as Management Representative for the IATF-16949 system.
Foster initiatives that uphold customer quality standards and reduce production defects.
Lead product inspections, ensuring a seamless quality flow and managing deviations.
Oversee departmental workforce, driving both training and performance.
Formulate quick responses to customer complaints, implementing corrective steps.
Collaborate during APQP interactions to preempt and address process issues.
Ensure diligence in calibration processes and oversee PPAP compliance.
What You Bring:
A degree in engineering/manufacturing technology or equivalent.
Over 5 years of quality management experience, with ASQ certification preferred.
Strong ability to analyze quality data and implement control measures.
