Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, test plans. Define quality metrics and establish and benchmarks for software quality.
Test Management: Oversee the planning, integration, and non-functional testing. Manage test plan with UAT team to ensure quality across product and delivery timeline.
Collaboration: Work closely with scrum masters, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment on quality objective.
Automation & Tools: Drive test automation efforts and identify appropriate tools for automated testing. Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks.
Risk Management: Identify potential quality risks in projects and develop mitigation plans. Review defects, conduct root cause analysis, and enforce corrective measures.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain details records of testing processes, defects, and resolution. Prepare regular QA status reports for project stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve QA processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in QA.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or any related fields.
3 years of experience in software testing/quality assurance/information technology.
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product requirements, goals, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Experience in Test automation.
Good command in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
Working Environment: Onsite 100%
