Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Software Tester to lead our testing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing testing strategies, overseeing test plans, and ensuring all software aligns with our standards for performance, functionality, and reliability.
Location: Fully Office based at our Sandyford office.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee QA operations and ensure testing aligns with monthly product releases.
Identify, document, and track software defects and work with development teams to resolve issues effectively.
Supervise and mentor the QA team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria.
Monitor quality metrics, report progress, and ensure system reliability.
Drive test automation initiatives and support the automation team member.
Skills and Experience:
3+ years of experience in QA management or leadership.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools and Agile practices.
Familiarity with ERP systems or business software is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
